The research instrument is ESE, KAI, and Business Success questionnaire (Kirton in Riyanti, 2003 Chen et al, 1998 Kaplan & Norton, 2006). This study aimed to understand how both factors influence startup digital. But, in Indonesia, there is still no psychological study who see the contribution of those factors on business success in digital startup. Personalities factor of founders have a contribution in business development, especially entrepreneurial self-efficacy (ESE) and innovation. However, there are some incosistency related to the particular aspec of personality which is associated with career indecision. Some studies showed that personality is one of significant factor that correlate with career indecision. Career indecision is persons inability to choose a particular course of study. Making decision related to choosing a major in university is a complecated process for senior high school students (grade XII), particularly for those with career indecision problem.
